Before you purchase our made-to-order garments, please take a moment to read and understand these terms. By ordering, you agree to these terms:

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • You have a 48-hour window (until Wednesday at 8 pm) after placing your order to make any adjustments, whether you'd like to change sizes or even cancel your order. Once we're confident about your choice, we'll start making your order!
  • No need to worry about sending us a confirmation email, you'll get a cutting confirmation email on Monday 4th Dec.

Free Scarf with Every Order

  • Each order qualifies for a free “give me away” scarf, with colours randomly assigned during the packing process. 

No Exchanges or Refunds

  • Unfortunately, we can't offer exchanges or refunds for made-to-order items as we’ll be buying/cutting fabric based on your order. However, we've built a 48-hour window before we start making your item to help you make any last-minute changes.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Your cutting confirmation email will tell you when we plan to dispatch your made-to-order item/s.
  • As many of the orders will be for Christmas we'll aim to get all of the orders out between Monday 11th and Friday 15th December. 
  • We're prioritising international orders to dispatch before the 11th but unfortunately, there isn't a guarantee it will arrive before Christmas.
  • Dispatch times depend on a few things, like when you place your order (first come, first served), whether we have the fabric in our studio (which we do for Edit collection), or whether we have to order fabric from our suppliers. The style and colour of the garment could also have an influence on the final date.
  • Just to add, if you order more than two items, it might take a bit longer to get them ready. So most likely on the end of the dispatch window Thursday 14th / Friday 15th December. 

Ordering Windows

  • The ordering windows can fill up fast. To make it fair for everyone, we offer two ordering windows for each drop, the first drop is today and the second drop will be Friday 5th. - Both at 8pm GMT

Unexpected Hiccups

  • Sometimes, unexpected things happen. If we can't complete your order due to issues like fabric problems or if Ausra isn't available (ill, life happens!), we might not have time to fix it.
  • If that happens, we'll give you a quick refund and put you at the front of the line for the next ordering window/drop.
