What is included in the workshop experience?
The workshop experience includes all materials and tools needed to create your jumper, guidance and instruction from our experienced team, help with designing your unique jumper, professional cutting and sewing by our in-house team to finish your jumper, and delivery of your finished jumper directly to you.

How much does the workshop cost?
The workshop costs £120, which includes a non-refundable deposit of £30. The balance payment of £90 is due when selecting the fabric, style and fit options 5-7 days before the workshop.

How long is the workshop?
The workshop is 2 hours long, with a possible 30-minute overrun.

Where is the workshop located?
The workshop is located in Bow, London. The final address will be sent in your confirmation email.

Can I cancel my booking?
The deposit of £30 is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your attendance before the selection deadline, you won't be charged for the balance payment of £90.

What colour and fit/style options are available?
You can choose from black, sapphire blue, grey, or red for the main fabric color. For fit, you can choose from boxy, classic, or slim. Please note that options are subject to availability.

When do I need to select my fabric and fit options?
You will receive an email 5-7 days before the workshop to select your preferred options. This is to ensure availability and pre-cutting of materials.

Will I need to bring anything with me to the workshop?
No, all materials and tools needed will be provided. Just bring your creativity and excitement!

Is the workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes! This is not a sewing skills workshop, but a hands-on experience where you'll learn what goes into making a jumper from start to finish. Our team will guide you through each step of the process, and our in-house team will professionally cut and sew your jumper to ensure it is made to last.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate external fabrics due to time constraints and to ensure the quality of the finished product.
Is there an age limit for attending the workshop?
The workshop is open to anyone over the age of 18
Will there be any breaks during the workshop?
Yes, there will be a short break midway through the workshop.
Can I bring a friend or family member with me to the workshop?
Each participant will need to book and pay for their own spot in the workshop
