What is the service?
By answering a few questions, we will personally look at the fabrics in the studio and curate a parcel of garments that they feel will work for you are looking for.
Why are we offering this service?
The idea stems from the number of emails and messages we receive on a weekly basis asking for support, particularly when buying from us for the first time. We breathe Aesthetic Laundry every single day and absolutley love supporting people in advance of making purchases and so we wanted to take it one step further and offer it as a service.
Whether you are a new customer or a long existing customer who fancies an injection of newness in their wardrobe, this service is the perfect way to have fuss free shopping delivered straight to you.
What types of garments will be selected?
The type of garments in your parcel will depend on the parcel choice you pay for. You have the choice of a Tops or Bottoms parcels, or select the 'Mixed' and from there, tell us which two types of garments you would like to see included.
How will we select the garment styles and fabrics?
Based on the answers given on your form, Heidi and I will then decide what style of garments and fabrics we think will work best for you.
We are proud to say that all Aesthetic Laundry garments are made in-house in East London and therefore we have an abundance of fabrics available from the last few years, which are waiting to be turned into gorgeous pieces by our in-house team.
How long will it take to curate my parcel?
Given it is a very specialised offering, please allow 10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.
