What is Clearpay?
A payment platform which allows the customer to pay for purchases over 4 instalments

Who can use Clearpay?
Be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address & phone number. Clearpay is only accessible in the UK therefore you need a UK bank card and valid ID

How do I sign up?
Visit www.clearpay.co.uk and set up your password. The next time you purchase with Clearpay securely login at the retailer's checkout. 

How does the payment system work?
Your first payment will be taken at the checkout. This will be 1/4 of the total amount due to be paid. The remaining 3 instalments will be taken every other week until paid off

Is there a cost for using Clearpay? 
The only fees charged to customers are late fees if scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Clearpay account to make payment via a different method. The initial late fee is £6, and a further £6 if payment is not made within 7 days.

How do refunds work?
Once we receive your order back at the Aesthetic Laundry studio, we will immediately request a refund from Clearpay. The refund will then be processed into your account within 3 - 5 working days.
